1. Shipping Territory
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping simple and fair:
Orders over £50.00: FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders under £50.00: £4.95 Flat Rate Shipping.
Click & Collect: FREE for all local Glasgow orders.
3. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:30 PM (GMT), Monday – Saturday.
Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Saturday).
Processing: Orders placed before 4:30 PM are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days.
Please note: Delivery windows are estimates. While we dispatch quickly, carrier delays may occasionally occur.
5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted UK carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, to ensure your items arrive safely.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Status Updates: You can track your package directly through the carrier’s portal.
6. Free Local Pickup (Click & Collect)
Local customers can skip the shipping wait by choosing Free In-Store Pickup at checkout:

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday (10 AM – 6 PM) and Saturday (11 AM – 5 PM).
Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to collect.
7. Delivery Issues
Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at support@naturalk9sglasgow.com with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
